ACCOMMODATION

You may if you wish choose to use the accommodation available at the Farm Camp, or alternatively you could arrange your own accommodation and travel into work daily.

Accommodation at the Farm Camp is in dormitory-type buildings sleeping 3 - 4 people to each room, heated at the beginning and end of the season. Each person is allocated a bunk bed and locker for their personal use, together with a padlock and key. There is a fridge in every room.

FACILITIES

The converted thatched barn accommodates the Norfolk Bar (open every night), the Recreation Room and large Dining Hall.

Other facilities include Shop and Snack Bar, Internet Access, Telephone Boxes, Laundry Room, Flush Toilets and Showers. First Aiders are on hand to deal with all minor ailments.

Additionally we arrange with Tunstead IFC Ltd to provide the following optional benefits:

• Breakfast

• Disco’s, Talent nights and BBQ’s

• Big screen TV and 2 TV rooms

• Arranging bus excursions to places of interest and weekly shopping trips

• Hard Court Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Netball, Badminton, Football Pitch, Table Tennis, indoor Pool Tables and Board Games.

• Supply and laundering of bed linen

• Daily cleaning of all communal areas, rubbish collection and disposal, supply of toilet paper and soap in all washrooms.

CATERING

Meals are left to your own tastes and can be prepared in the communal kitchen with gas cookers, ovens and microwaves. You are responsible for bringing your own saucepans and cooking utensils and keeping everything you use clean at all times.

The well stocked Shop and Snack Bar is open at lunch times and late afternoons.

WHAT TO BRING

A waterproof coat, work clothes, and gloves, strong pair of boots, knife, fork, spoon, mug, two plates, towel and toilet requisites, SLEEPING BAG, SAUCEPANS and cooking utensils.

At least £100.00 should be brought to cover your basic living expenses.
